Mom jeans

Yeah so every now and again I flip through clothing web pages to see what's out there. Well I was on Gap.com and saw these jeans:

Reverse fit: Sits just above the waist, full through the hip and thigh, tapered leg opening.

The key phrase is "sits ABOVE the waist", that and it has a tapered leg! Only tall, really skinny people with no curves should wear tapered leg jeans.

What the hell was GAP thinking!?!

Ceiling fan to the eye!

Yeah so my husband is the adventurous type....
He likes to stand on beds while the ceiling fans are going....
Then he falls down because they hit him in the eye....
And dust flies everywhere....

Now this is why you don't stand on beds that have ceiling fans over them!

New fall shows

Yeah so every fall I write up a little map of the prime time shows I watch so I know which tivo to record them on. Well it's been a few weeks and some of the shows have been good, and some of the shows have kinda sucked!

First off let me start with moved and later viewed shows:

Everybody hates Chris is on the new CW and has moved from Sunday at 7pm to Monday at 8pm.
Runaway which is a new show on the CW has also moved, from Monday at 9pm to Sunday at 9pm.
Almost all of the Fox shows will restart up come November...Simpsons, Family Guy, War at home, Til' death and Happy hour.
Medium on NBC has been moved from Monday at 10pm to Sunday at 10pm and will be starting after baseball or football...one of those sports! And I've just found out that it's been moved AGAIN! Medium will NOW be on Wednesday at 10pm starting November 15th.
The Class, and How I met your mother on CBS have been switched. The Class was on at 8pm on Mondays, now it's on at 8:30pm on Mondays. And How I met your mother was on at 8:30pm on Mondays, now it's on at 8pm on Mondays.
The Kings of prosperity on ABC has been changed to The Knights of prosperity. This show was supposed to start Tuesday 10/17 at 9pm, but now it starts...possibly January 2007. Basically it was pushed back due to extra Dancing with the stars shows, then it was shelved because ABC has some other show in the works, Big Day.
Smith, Tuesday at 10pm on CBS has dissapeared, I believe it has been canceled. I LOVE Ray Liotta so that sucks!
Veronica Mars, and Supernatural are still on the same nights and times, they've just been moved to the new CW.

Now for the good and the bad of the NEW shows:

The Class...this show started off kinda weird. Everyone getting together from the 3rd grade class...now that they're 30 something..OK! But it actually turned into a really good show. It's funny, but not in a stupid kinda way, and there is a really good story line.
Heroes...this show is really good. There is so much they can do with it and every week you're like "WOA!" and you want to know what's going to happen, but of course you have to wait till next week.
Runaway...this show started off kinda slow, you wanted to know what was going on. Well now you know, and you know that there's some crazy shit going down! You know he didn't kill this woman, but you want to know who done it!
Help me help you...this is a crazy little show. I'm not to fond of Ted Danson, but the show is really cute. These people all have problems so they're going to group theropy, well on the flip side the therapist has his own problems and shouldn't be telling them anything! It's a great show!
Jericho...man o man, this show ROCKS! This is one of the best shows out there today! Last year Veronica Mars would have been my top pick, but this year...Jericho is looking like my #1 pick! Several nuclear bombs went off around the US and Jericho is a small town that is left to deal with what's going on. No power, food, water...and on top of that, some creapy guy that in the begining seemed helpfull, but now...I don't think so! He's up to something, I don't know what, but I really want to know!
30 Rock, and 20 Good years just started last week and I have yet to see this weeks episodes. But so far they look good. 20 good years looks really good! I couldn't stop laughing it was so funny!
The Nine...not too sure about this one. It has the potential to be a good show, but I dont' think they're leading it that way. It's moving way too slow and I think people are going to get board and annoyed! I know I am!
Ugly Betty...this show is too cute! I am some what of a stylish person and know better then to be in a work place like that. But bless her heart, she tries...you just cringe, but it makes the show even funnier! That and there is this crazy story line...it's like Alias for fashionable people!
Til' Death, and Happy Hour...I think they're both cute shows. But they really don't have good story lines and I have no clue what they could possibly do to keep both shows going. So all and all...these 2 shows SUCK!
6 Degrees...this show is really good! It's how any six people could possibly know or run into each other. It has potential, I just hope they keep mixin it up so it stays around! Cause any one who lives in NYC and has an interesting life, knows that this show is possible and that there are endless possibilities for a story line.

(Now I don't watch every show on TV, so these are just the shows I watch. If you want to know more info about a show NOT mentioned check the stations web page.)

Bleh blah for fall

Yeah so I love color and pattern and anything bright! Well I have to say that I'm not really too fond of the new fall look. It's black, chocolate brown, beige, grey, and blah greens, reds and blues. What the hell! I know fall is supposed to be darker colors then spring and summer, but come on! These colors make me want to puke! I'm glad I don't have the cash to go shopping this fall cause man oh man, I would fall alseep! I love to shop, but this is not my idea of fun!
